TASKS
Visual positioning of brands or brand relaunch
Brainstorming creative lead ideas and cross-channel visual campaign ideas in collaboration with Strategy, Concept, and Copywriting
Visual translation of ideas, concepts, and approaches
Developing strong, convincing imagery and designs
Great ability to visualize and skills in illustration, infographics, and icon creation
Designing websites: UX and UI design in interaction with programming
Creating inspiring, emotional presentations
Presenting creative ideas and concepts to the client
Implementing the central creative idea in print and digital
Creative preparation, execution, and follow-up of photo shoots and video shoots; taking over creative direction
SKILLS
At least 2 years of experience in agency creation
A degree in graphic and communication design
You have strong skills in visual positioning, creative development, and brand management
You develop unique, creative, visual campaign ideas, think in terms of integrated communications, and translate them into channels and formats accordingly.
You like to work in a team and have a high quality awareness.
You like working on your own initiative and you have a digital affinity.
Your communication skills are convincing, you like to present, and you speak fluent German and English.
