Through precise mechanics and innovative systems, vehicles are moved efficiently, space is optimized, and parking is reimagined.

TASK AND CONCEPT

After sharpening KLAUS Multiparking’s brand identity and developing a mission statement together last year, the next step was due. The spirit and values of the brand were to become tangible in the employer brand as well.

There is hardly a more fitting description for the people at KLAUS Multiparking. Whether in sports clubs, the volunteer fire brigade, or the water rescue service … KLAUS employees can be found wherever life happens. This very spirit became the foundation of the new employer brand – carried by a charming and bold guiding idea:

A slogan that does far more than attract attention. It stands for unity, genuine enthusiasm, and lived authenticity. It speaks to people who take responsibility — at work and in their private lives. BRINGING THE CHARACTER OF KLAUS TO LIFE

For implementation, the focus was placed firmly on the employees themselves. In photo and video productions featuring real KLAUS faces, a campaign was created that makes diversity, pride, and passion visible.

It shows people who are completely themselves at work. What drives them in everyday life is exactly what they bring to their jobs. This is how KLAUS Multiparking continues to grow — powered by people who move forward together.

To firmly anchor the new employer brand, the entire candidate experience was redesigned: from job postings with clear guidelines to sharpened benefits, all the way through to the newly conceived careers page and the presence at career fairs.
